Ranger Squad
It all started on a drunk and stormy night September 2003 when two players decided to leave the squad they were on due to various BS and drama. Thorn and shruew decided to start Ranger Squad (RS) as a keep it simple squad to have some fun. Heck, the original ambition never really went past the two of them running around in games with the tag.
But, it has grown over the years and through various games. RS started out in BHD and played well in competitive tournaments. Moving on to BF2, then BF2142 and are now heavily playing COD4 (we've given up on COD:WaW).
RS is run today as it has been run since day 1 -- no BS. There are no ranks, skill requirements, specific time dedication etc... just the desire to hang out and have fun. Any member is eligible to take on almost any role if they have time to do so(recruiter, match coord, etc).
It's a simple recruiting process: Post your interest in joining RS along with a photo of you in a barn. Then, come hang out with us in our teamspeak server and play some games with us for a while. If we don't drive you crazy and you don't drive us nuts, you're welcome aboard!

There are two phrase that every member of Ranger squad should be familiar with, and sum up the beliefs of the unit
